Funeral services for Wanda Davis will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Baptist Church in Winston.

Wanda I. Davis, 81, formally of Winston, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at the home of her grandson David Greenwood and wife Vickie in Clinton.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by one son, Billy Archer, and one daughter, Donna Lyons.
Survivors include six children, Frankie Young of Cameron; Jack Archer of Hamilton; Kathline Rhoades of Columbia; Judy Hendricks of La Port, Texas; Kenneth Archer of Winston; Richard Archer of Kearney; one stepson, Frank Davis of Coffey; one brother, Cecil Rhoades of Coffey; one sister, Jean Smith of Brookfield; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
