Parents of the groom are Mark and Susie Strasser of Lake Viking. Parents of the bride are Marty and Donna Deppermann of New Haven, Mo. Mathew is a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) and presently works as the internal medicine chief resident at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. Kristen is in her last year of medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and will graduate in May, 2010, with a doctor of medicine degree (MD). They will be making their home in Kansas City, after a honeymoon to St. Lucia.
