Monday: ham, vegetable blend, hominy, fruit; Tuesday: pork, potatoes augratin, green beans, pudding; Wednesday: smothered steak, carrot salad, cabbage, hot bread, apple cake; Thursday: turkey, peas, mixed vegetables, dressing, cookies; Friday: beef stroganoff, broccoli and cheese sauce, baked dessert.
