David and Laura Mayo are excited to announce the birth of their little sister, Alexis Saige Mayo, born at 1:31 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at Liberty Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long. Her parents are Alex and Sarah Mayo of Lee’s Summit.
