Ike and Hazel Eisensor of Marlow, Okla., were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Newby Tuesday. J.D. and Ike were in the army together. Loretta and Valerie Newby and Emryk Ring attended the Renaissance Festival Saturday.
Kathryn Carter, Kansas City, Kan., spent Friday evening and night with Elanor Best. They attended the card and domino games at the Center. On Saturday they, along with Mildred Huff, Mary Frazier, Jo Booth and Pam Mooney, attended the women’s conference at the New Hope Baptist Church.
Rodney Cameron, Gallatin visited Paul and Doris Cameron Sunday.
Don and Betty Cameron spent Labor Day weekend visiting her sister Mildred Neff and family. While there, they attended the annual Labor Day dinner and reunion at Gassville, Ark.
Larry and Cheryl Cornett and their four grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Alec and Ryker, visited Julia Cornett Saturday afternoon.
Visitors this week with Beverly Mason have been Vincent Prichard, Evergreen, Colo., and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Mason, Banks, Ore., and Ed Mason, Kansas City. They were all doing research on the family lines of Beverly and the late Walter Mason.
Sunday visitors of Martha Huff were Matt and Renee Huff and family and Rick Huff.
Wednesday evening visitors of Leroy and Janelle Mikes were Carolyn Myers and Nancy West.
Friday night visitors of great-grandparents Jim and Virginia Hooten were grandmother Joan Cole, Kansas City, and aunt Janice Hooten and five-week-old twin girls, Kendall and Aubrey Cole. They stayed overnight , returning to their home in Kansas City Saturday afternoon.
