Hello.

We would like to start off by telling everyone about our past week.

Monday the residents had a cream filled donut social.

Tuesday they made sun catchers for their windows.

Wednesday we had a cooking class. We made cupcakes and decorated them.

Thursday the Gallatin Baptist Church was here for devotions.

Friday we had bingo in the afternoon.

The staff did our first week of Meals on Wheels for the senior center and we will be delivering all the next week.

This past Saturday we had a booth at the chautauqua. We sold walking tacos and coca cola beverages.

Sept. 25 we are planning to put a float in the homecoming parade.

Sept. 24 will be our resident’s monthly birthday party.

Let’s not forget the chilli cook off at 2 p.m. on Sept. 29. Everyone is welcome.

Visitors this past week were Terry and Mary Gibson, Marge McAfee who visited Eula Osborn and Mae Baker; LaVaughn Thomas who visited Eula Osborn; Glen, Esther Miller, Betty and Walter Ethridge, Howard Stevenson, Pattonsburg Baptist Church, which delivered cookies to our residents; Gallatin First Baptist Church, which held devotions and had music.
