Disaster Preparedness Training has been rescheduled at the Daviess County Library from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 26. Training conducted by the NW MO Area Agency on Aging will be for Pandemic Flu, Disabilities or Special Needs, and Ready in Three. Eric Corwin and daughter Kayce will be here at 12:30 on Monday, Sept. 14, to do a slideshow presentation on our county courthouse clock. If you need a ride to the center, please call at 663-2828. Don’t miss, should be very enjoyable.
The center will be closed on Sept. 16 so the staff can attend CPR and first aid training.

Monday: Closed for Labor Day; Tuesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, pickled beets, pudding; Wednesday: steak sandwich on roll, French fries, green beans, apple pastry; Thursday: sliced pork, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, biscuits, cake; Friday: chicken ala king, California blend, sliced bread, mixed fruit.
