The front glass windows and bottom brick at Frost Automotive in Gallatin were shattered after an accident at about 3:47 p.m. on Aug. 19.

The building is located at 110 W. Grand and is owned by Johnnie Black. According to a police report, Firman Mall of Gallatin was driving a 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. Mr. Mall started to back out of the parking space when his right foot slid off the brake and landed on the gas pedal. The vehicle jumped the curb and went about 10 feet, hitting the front windows of the auto parts building. No one was injured in the accident.
