Monday: liver and onions, macaroni and cheese, potatoes and gravy, fruit, sherbet; Tuesday: turkey, spinach, corn, fruit, cake; Wednesday: roast beef, potatoes and gravy, cucumbers, onion, tomato, cookie; Thursday: salmon, juice, green beans, macaroni salad, fruit; Friday: chicken, potatoes and gravy, green beans, hot bread, fruit cobbler.
