Dickson is scheduled to appear before Judge Brent Elliott in Livingston County Circuit Court for a bond hearing on Aug. 3, and a probation violation hearing on Aug. 12.

In a change of venue from Daviess County to Livingston County, Dickson plead guilty to five counts of forgery last September before Judge Stephen Griffin, on a plea agreement. At that time 23 forgery counts were dismissed.

In December, 2008, he was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on the first count of forgery, consecutive to five years on the second count of forgery. The execution of sentence was suspended, and he was placed on five years probation.

On the last three forgery counts, he received a suspended imposition of sentence and five years probation. Conditions of probation included 30 days shock time on each count, served consecutively in the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on weekends and holidays.

Dickson made full restitution of all fire district funds in July 2008.
