A methamphetamine lab was discovered June 18 at a Pattonsburg residence, during the execution of a search warrant by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.

The warrant was executed at 18727 137th Street, where Kenneth Dinwiddie, 37, and Deanna Mason, 24, were residing.

The search led to the discovery of a meth lab and precursors to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as two cultivated marijuana plants in the back yard. The property is owned by Kenneth and Mary Mason.

Dinwiddie and Mason were arrested, and each has been charged with two felony counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, two misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of anhydrous ammonia in unapproved container, and felony possession of methamphetamine precursors.

Dinwiddie and Mason are each being held on $50,000 bond.
