Funeral services for Darryl Wade Hutchison were held Tuesday at Roberson Funeral Home in Bethany. Burial with military rites was at Morris Chapel Cemetery, Bethany. Memorial contributions may be given to the Relay for Life Harrison County Cancer Fund in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 46, Bethany, Mo., 64424.

Darryl Wade Hutchison, 90, Bethany, died June 13, 2009, at his home.
He was born Nov. 2, 1918, in Bethany, the son of Fred and Leila Zell (Griffin) Hutchison.
On Nov. 1, 1940, he was married to June Spence in Gallatin. She survives of the home.
Mr. Hutchison was a graduate of the Gilman City High School and served in the Air Force during WW II.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the American Legion Post No. 216 of Bethany.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Peggy Hutchison; great-grandson, Slade Purdun; brothers, Keith and Harlan Hutchison.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, June; one daughter, Linda Thomas, Bethany; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
