Mrs. Vaughn is the former Karen McCrary. They were married in Gallatin at the Methodist parsonage by Rev. C.S. Peacacke on June 19, 1959. They are formerly of Gallatin. They have made their home in and around Colorado Springs, Colo., for the last 46 years. They are the parents of two children, Steven Vaughn of Colorado Springs and Shelly Early and husband Jeff of Nashua, N.H. They have five grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Rebecca, Andrew, and Daniel.
