Helen Bozarth was a visitor of Evelyn Hartley last week. Evelyn is now living in her apartment in Cameron.
Julia Cornett and Judy Peters took Kathleen Scott to the airport Wednesday for Kathleen’s return trip to her home in Spokane, Wash. Kathleen had spent the last two weeks with her sister Julia and other relatives and friends. Other visitors at Julia’s were Eulanda and Donald Breeze, Betty Daniel, Nancy Pool, Sarah and Keaton Malcom, Melissa Spiers and numerous members of Julia’s family.
Joe and Annette Graver and daughter Elizabeth of Independence spent Mother’s Day with Kenneth and Arlene Yost.
Julia Cornett and Kathleen Scott visited Bonnie and Richard Walker one day following Richard’s return home from the hospital.
Elanor Best and Ann Wolfe attended the alumni banquet Saturday evening at Osborn.
Allison and Joshua Ford, Brianna and Brett Henggeler spent the weekend with Alice Bell. Sunday Zemilena Markham came and visited with them.
Saturday Donna Hibbs went to Excelsior Springs and attended the dance recital. Her granddaughter Kylie Hibbs was one of the dancers.
Sunday visitors of Julia Cornett were Judy Peters, Pam and Ronnie Cornett, Larry and Cheryl Cornett, Danny Cornett, Bonnie Walker, Joey Thompson, Mike, Tommye, Paige, Taylor Quilty and Lincoln Cornett.
Wednesday evening Scott and Andrea Shipers and Brody Shipers form Cameron visited Mildred Huff.
Larry Shipers, Gallatin, took his mother, Mildred Huff, out for Mother’s Day lunch Sunday.
Mother’s Day guests of Martha Huff were Melissa and Brian Thompson and family, Krista and Monty Tunks and family, Gary Huff and friend Rhonda, Rick Huff and Renee Huff.
Saturday afternoon Maudine Bemmum, Tom and Pat Lambert, Billy Mitchell took Charity Cox to St. Joseph where she graduated form Vatterott College with an associates degree in criminal justice. Others that joined them were Pam Fitzgerald, Lake Viking, Valorie McCoy, Winston, Patsy Cox, Cameron, Rev. Doug and Kim Delaney, King City. Later some gathered at the home of Charity for a barbecue supper. Those attending were Pam Fitzgerald, Maudine Bemmum, Tom and Pat Lambert, Billy Mitchell, Beverly Mason and honoree Charity Cox.
Beverly Mason spent Mother’s Day with Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Mason and family.
Carsley Crabtree, Katie Duff, Ashten, Shannon and friend of Ridgeway had a Mother’s Day barbecue for the following: John and Pat Duff and Tate, Brent and Marquitta Brown and Lillian Carter, Bobby and Mindi Peterson, Wyatt and Sean, Valerie Newby, Emryk Ring, J.T. Newby and Loretta.
Those visiting Letha Shipers this week were Alice Bell, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Shipers, Holt. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Bob Taylor, Independence, came and took Letha out for lunch for Mother’s Day.
