Bryce D. Wells 22, died Saturday May 9, 2009 as the result of an automobile accident.

Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 13th at Dockery Chapel United Methodist Church near Trenton. Family visitation was held Tuesday evening at the church. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery in Jamesport. Memorial contributions may be made to the Berkley Wells Trust Fund in care of McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin.

Bryce was born November 5, 1986 in Trenton, MO. the son of John Wells and Tyann (Lisle) Cox. He lived all of his life in the Jamesport area. He graduated from Jamesport High School in 2005. After graduation Bryce started working for the Union Pacific Railroad, primarily with a bridge construction crew in Missouri and Iowa.

Bryce was a member of the Jamesport United Methodist Church.

Bryce was an avid hunter and loved to fish. He truly enjoyed being outdoors. Bryce was a person who never met a stranger and his contagious smile and laughter left a lasting impression on his family and many friends. After work he could be found four wheeling in the country with his step-sons Brinley and Boston. Bryce lived his short life with great spirit and energy, building lasting relationship wherever he went. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Bryce was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather John E. Wells.

Bryce is survived by his father, John Wells of Jamesport, mother, Tyann Cox and husband Adrian of Trenton, fiancé, Bethany Vandiver of the home, sisters, Ayron Wells of Springfield, Mo., and Presely Wells of Gallatin, brother, Beau Wells of Trenton, step-sons, Brinley and Boston Vandiver of the home and his unborn daughter Berkley, step-sisters, Jordan and Roya Cox of Trenton, maternal grandparents, Ann McNabb and Ty and Maxine Lisle all of Trenton, paternal grandparent, Alice Grice of Trenton and great grandmother, Millie Cornwell of Delaware, Ohio; step great-grandmothers, Marie Cox and Shirley Whitt, Trenton.
