Auditions for Disney’s High School Musical, Jr. will be held at 3:15 p.m. on May 13 at Covel D. Searcy Elementary in the music room.

Call backs are scheduled for 3:15 p.m. on May 14. Daviess County students entering fifth through eighth grade in the fall of 2009 are encouraged to participate. Tryouts will require students to sing a selected piece of music and read an excerpt from the play.
Students will receive a calendar with practices and times listed. They also will get a student/parent permission form which will need to be signed by the first practice scheduled at 3 p.m. on June 2 in the elementary music room.
This junior musical will be performed at Courter Theater in Gallatin at 7 p.m. on July 17 and 18 and at 3 p.m. on July 19.
