The Federal Stimulus funds are being funneled through existing State and/or Federal agencies, who will not be conducting telephone solicitations. Should you receive a solicitation over the phone, email, or mail offering services to help you obtain grant and/or Federal Stimulus funds do not sign and return any documents, or send money to retain services, without checking out the company and the offer first.
