Funeral services for Linda Critten were held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the Olive Baptist Church near Gallatin. Arrangements were by McWilliams Funeral Home, Gallatin. Burial was at Centenary Cemetery, Gallatin. Memorials may be made to the Olive Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.

Linda Critten, 51, Chillicothe, formerly of Gallatin, died April 11, 2009, at Monroe City Manor Care Center.
Mrs. Critten was born Nov. 13, 1957, the daughter of Otto E., Jr., and Grace (Shuler) Critten in Cameron. She graduated from Gallatin High School in 1976.
Mrs. Critten was employed at Lambert’s Glove factory in Chillicothe, for more than 20 years. She later worked for Anderson’s Service Co. and at Friend’s clothing store in Chillicothe until the time of her illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Survivors include one sister, Dianna Wellons of Suffolk, Va.; and one brother, Terry Critten of Monroe City; five nephews; two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
