Funeral services for Garold McDaniel will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 3, at Heath United Methodist Church in Pattonsburg. Burial will be in the McFall Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Institute in care of the funeral home.

Garold Forest McDaniel, 73, McFall, died Monday, March 30.
Mr. McDaniel was born Jan. 4, 1936, in McFall, the son of Homer and Bernice (Hulett) McDaniel.
On Sept. 21, 1958, he married Mildred Hillman in Pattonsburg. She survives at the home.
Mr. McDaniel was a farmer and lived on the family farm that was homesteaded in 1844. He was a member of the Heath United Methodist Church of Pattonsburg.
Survivors in addition to his wife are two sons, Gary McDaniel, Rayville, and Mark McDaniel, Rea; one brother, J.B. McDaniel, Cameron; three sisters, Norma Crone, Pattonsburg, Helen Robertson, Excelsior Springs, and Nancy Carter, Lawson; and seven grandchildren.
