Alice Bell was a Saturday visitor of Letha Shipers.
Bob and Susie Cochran, Sumter, S.C., are visiting Susie’s mother, Dolores Cameron, this week, along with her sister Judy Fore and other relatives and friends.
Jacob, Sadie and Mallory Walker, St. Joseph, visited Mildred Walker and Paula Walker over the weekend. Sunday Billie Owens and Mildred and Paula went to Bethany Care Center to see Homer Owens. Homer was moved there following heart surgery. Joyce Parkhurst was also visiting him.
Sunday visitors of Richard and Bonnie Walker were Joey Thompson, Union Star, Tommye, Paige and Taylor Quilty, Mound City, and Julie Cornett.
Gary Huff and friend Rhonda took Martha Huff out for Sunday lunch. She also enjoyed the tour of the different countryside.
Sunday Butch and Evelyn Bayne, Dave and Jessica Barnett were dinner guests of Judith and Louise Bayne at Coffey.
Jim and Virginia Hooten returned home Sunday from their trip to Texas.
Judy Horton returned home from a visit to her daughter’s in Lawrence, Kan., and also for a doctor’s appointment.
Chris, Jennifer and Laila Troxler hosted a first birthday party for Jaida Christal Troxler on Saturday, March 7, at their home in Kansas City. Those attending were Gene and Kathy Walker of Pattonsburg; Kristin Walker of Lenexa; Gary, Betty, Chris and Tyler Woodring of Turney; Courtney Sudduth of Raytown and Heidi, Makayla and Mia Hebert, Sidney Smith, Lezley Woodring, Denise and Chase Perrigrin, Makenna and Madisyn Stark, all of Kansas City.
