Celebration of Life for Nora Thompson was held Tuesday at Blue Ridge Christian Union Church in Gilman City. Arrangements were by Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Burial was at Miriam Cemetery, Bethany. Memorial contributions may be given to Blue Ridge Christian Union Church in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 46, Bethany, Mo., 64424.

Nora Thompson, 100, Gilman City, died Jan. 31, 2009, at her home.
She was born Jan. 11, 1909, in Carthage, the daughter of Barney and Isabelle Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Don Thompson; and one sister Goldie Wilson.
Survivors include her daughter Donna Gayle Garbison, Gilman City; one grandson; and two great-grandchildren.
