Monday: ham and beans, coleslaw, cornbread, cobbler; Tuesday: catfish and cornbread, green beans, beets, pudding and fruit; Wednesday: roast beef, potatoes and carrots, cottage cheese, Jell-O cake; Thursday: chicken, potato salad, vegetable blend, fruit; Friday: stuffed pork, mashed potatoes, California blend, cherry cheesecake.
