Doran was born on Jan. 14, 2009, at Olathe Medical Center. He weighed 6 pounds and 13.7 ounces. The proud parents are Phil and Melissa Griggs of Olathe, Kan.
Maternal grandparents are Robert and Elizabeth Gerzeski of Saginaw, Mich.
Paternal grandparents are Robert and Dorothy Griggs of Gallatin. Paternal great-grandmother is Marjorie Griggs of Kearney.
