Monday: ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, fruit; Tuesday: pork, scalloped potatoes, vegetable blend, hot bread, pudding; Wednesday: Swiss steak, cooked cabbage, carrots, dump cake; Thursday: beef stew, lettuce salad, cornbread, fruit gelatin; Friday: chicken, potatoes and gravy, creamed peas, juice, cook’s choice dessert.
