Are you a theatre lover looking for a way to get involved in the performing arts? The Gallatin Theatre League is currently seeking new members in the Daviess County area to help both on stage and behind the scenes with productions at the Courter Theatre.

The Gallatin Theatre League is holding its first general membership meeting of 2009 at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan, 25, in the Courter Theatre. All 2008 members are requested to attend to vote on new bylaws, officers, board members, and help initiate the new members.
Anybody over the age of 18 who has received a high school diploma or G.E.D. is welcome to attend the meeting as well and can become an active member in the Theatre League by participating in two productions per year and paying the nominal membership fee of $3.
Immediately after the membership meeting, auditions will be held for the annual spring production. If you are interested in a singing part, please bring a prepared music piece to the auditions.
