Funeral services for Juanita Uthe were held Tuesday at Stoup-Thompson Funeral Home in Winston. Burial was at Alta Vista Cemetery, Winston. Memorials may be made to the Winston United Methodist Church.

Juanita Rosalie Uthe, 87, Gallatin, died on Jan. 10, 2009.
Mrs. Uthe was born on July 30, 1921, in Ford City, to Charles and Edith (Clark) Cook.
She was a 1939 graduate of Amity High School.
Mrs. Uthe was a member of the Winston United Methodist Church where she was the pianist for more than 50 years and a member of Eastern Star Chapter, Winston.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul C. Uthe; stepson, Clyde " C.A." Uthe; and one step grandson, Frank Uthe.
Survivors include two sons Charles "Chuck" Moore, Cameron, and Ronald "Ronnie" Moore, Gallatin; four grandchildren; and six step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; ten step great-grandchildren; and five step great-great-grandchildren.
