The conferences provide a forum of specialists from four of the USA’s leading beef cattle land grant universities.
The 25th annual conference will reflect a year of agricultural change as speakers focus on the following: Whole Herd Management Strategies for Tough Times by the Executive Director of the King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management; How do I Store Feed Co-products; What are the Economics of Storing Co-products; Drylotting Beef Cows for Extended Periods of Time.
We request producers call their local county extension office by Friday, Jan. 9, 2009 to make reservations. To keep registration fees affordable in the future, please help us by calling in your reservations. The fee includes a meal and a copy of the conference proceedings.
Morning sessions will be held at the following locations: Jan. 14 – Washington, Kan., and
Jan. 15 – Lewis, Iowa. Evening sessions will be held at the following locations:
Jan. 14 – Tecumseh, Neb., and Jan. 15 – King City.
