A memorial service for Jerry Fraze was held Saturday at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home in Cameron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.

Jerry Dale Fraze, 57, Lathrop, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008.
Rev. Fraze was born Nov. 5, 1951, in Trumann, Ark., to Rufus and Jewell (Ballard) Fraze.
Rev Fraze was in the ministry and currently the pastor at the Coffey Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, DeWayne Fraze.
On Sept. 16, 1983, he married Vicki L. Howard in Weatherby. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include one son, Levi Fraze of the home; one daughter, Rachel Carender, Kansas City; two sisters, Linda Crouch, Poplar Grove, Ark.; and Lou Richardson, DeWitt, Ark.; one brother, Jerell Fraze, Arkansas.
