Makaila was born at 11:27 p.m. on October 11, 2008. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandmother is Denise Everman of Gallatin. Paternal grandparents are John and Linda Kennedy of St. Joseph.
Great-grandparents are Jack and Pat Kennedy and LaVeta Mollus, all of St. Joseph, and Ike Lynn of Cameron. Great-great-grandmother is Anna Ott of Spencer, Iowa.
