Roger and Nedra Eichler, Gallatin, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, and a card shower is planned in their honor.

Roger Eichler and Nedra Edwards were married Oct. 31, 1958, at Amhurst, N.Y. Roger and Nedra started Eichlers Tax Service in 1998 in Gallatin. Both are very active in the community. They are members of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Chillicothe. Roger is president of the Daviess County Library Board, secretary of the Lake Viking Water Board and membership and foundation chair of the Gallatin Rotary Organization. Nedra is a member of several bridge clubs and the Lake Viking Homemaker’s Club. Roger and Nedra are also members of the National Society of Accountants and the Missouri Society of Accountants.
