A Legion of Mary rosary for Kathie Lynch was held Friday at Price Funeral Home, Maryville. A Mass of Christian Burial was Saturday at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Maryville. Burial was in St. Columba Cemetery, Conception. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of Nodaway County in her name. Arrangements were by Price Funeral Home.

Kathie Ann Lynch, 53, Maryville, died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, at St Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City.
Mrs. Lynch was born Nov. 13, 1954, in Clarinda, Iowa, the daughter of Lowell and Reva (Jones) Kelley.
A 1973 graduate of West Nodaway High School, Burlington Junction, she married Bob Lynch on March 22, 1980, in Maryville.
Mrs. Lynch was a member of St. Gregory’s Barbarigo Catholic community and St. Gregory’s Guild, Maryville.
She worked in customer service for the Nodaway Valley Bank for 24 years.
Mrs. Lynch was a member of the Nodaway Valley Bank Relay for Life team.
Preceding her in death were her father, Lowell Kelley; and sister, Janet Dow.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Lynch of their home; one son Jonathon Lynch, Gallatin; her mother, Reva Kelley, Clearmont; three sisters, Diana Hunt, Elmo, Sandra Nold, Wathena, Kan., and Connie Nonneman, Allendale; one brother, Randy Kelley, Lee’s Summit; and two grandchildren.
