Funeral services for Edna Schrock will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, at Henry Ropps residence near Jamesport. Interment will be at the Meadowview Cemetery near Jamesport. Arrangements are by McWilliams Funeral Home, Jamesport.

Edna Schrock, 83, died Monday at her home near Jamesport.
Edna J (Helmuth) Schrock was born on April 19, 1925, in Arthur, Ill., to Joseph and Katie (Beachy) Helmuth. She was married on Sept. 5, 1946, to Christy D. Schrock in Reno County, Kan.
Mrs. Schrock joined the Amish Church in her youth and remained a member until her death.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her husband Christy Schrock of the home, four sons, Elvan and Ivan Schrock, both of Jamesport, and Lloyd and Raymond Schrock, both of Crab Orchard, Ky.; two daughters, Ruby Coblentz of Albion, Mich., and Susie Mast of Crab Orchard, Ky., three sisters; two brothers; 53 grandchildren; and 74 great-grandchildren.
