Cards and domino games are every Friday evening. Light refreshments at 6 p.m. and games start at 6:45.
Julia Cornett won the door prize this last week.
The center will be serving hot beef sandwiches at noon on Oct. 5 during the car show. We also will have a salad bar and pie for dessert. We need pies and workers.
Commodity for the month of October will be freezer bags, either quart or gallon size. Bring your receipt for an in-kind donation.
Menus Oct. 6-10
Monday: ribiques, Brussel sprouts, scalloped corn, pudding; Tuesday: smothered chicken, parsley potatoes, green beans, cook’s choice dessert; Wednesday: spaghetti, lettuce salad, hot bread, juice, cake; Thursday: ham and beans, beets, coleslaw, cornbread, fruit cobbler; Friday: roast beef, potatoes and gravy, green beans, applesauce, pumpkin bars.
