Gioia and Dominic Perreca are proud to announce the birth of their new brother, Luca Jasper, born Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, at Gardner, Kan. Luca weighed six pounds, seven ounces, and was18 inches long. His parents are Massimo and Jaime (VanBelkum) Perreca.
