Monday: meatloaf, parsley potatoes, spinach, juice, pudding; Tuesday: ham, sweet potatoes, coleslaw, brownies; Wednesday: Polish sausage, kraut, beets, fruit; Thursday: pork, potatoes and gravy, vegetable blend, hot rolls, fruit gelatin; Friday: chicken, potatoes and gravy, peas, cookies.
