Last weekend Mr. and Mrs. Don Dungy, Grapevine, Texas, Mr. And Mrs. Bob Dungy, Maysville, Mr. And Mrs. Joe Graver and daughter Elizabeth, Independence, Mr. and Mrs. Worth Yost and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Yost, all met at the local café and had lunch together. Later in the afternoon they went to the home of Kenneth and Arlene Yost and were joined there by Mr. and Mrs. Steve Yost.
Thursday, Carrie Lockridge, Sugar Creek, and Glenetta Taylor, Independence, came to visit Letha Shipers. They took her out to lunch. They went to Gilman City and Carried visited folks there. Saturday Mike and Sharon Shipers, Holt, visited Letha.
Bill and Cheryl Adams and Dorlene Munn visited Woodrow and Maxine Morris Sunday. Saturday Forrest and Jeanna Morris were visiting Woodrow and Maxine.
Jacob, Sadie and Mallory Walker, St. Joseph, visited over the weekend with Jacky Walker and Mildred Walker.
Dolores Kane, Waverly, Kan., is visiting a few days with Paul and Doris Cameron and other family members.
Sam Kerstetter and his wife Donna from Palm Bay, Fla., visited Larry and Sally Cameron a few days this past week. Sam is a brother of Sally.
Sunday visitors of Martha Huff were Christa Sweiger and children, Grafton, Olivia and Alexia, Mathew and Renee Huff and children, Landon, Lacey and Perry, Gary Huff and friend Rhonda and Rick Huff.
Labor Day weekend Don and Betty Cameron, Matt and Dana Cameron, Logan, Taylor, Aimie and Trevor and Brenda and Karl Tracy from O=Fallon, Ill, went to Calico Rock, Ark., to visit Mildred Neff. While there they attended a family gathering at a community center, where a total of 66 folks enjoyed the day.
Wednesday of this week Don and Betty Cameron flew to San Diego, Calif. There they met Brenda and Karl Tracy and daughter Amber from O=Fallon. Their grandson Christopher Tracy, a member of the Marine Corp, was stationed there. They attended family day on Thursday and on Friday they attended the graduation ceremonies where Christopher graduated from boot camp.
Labor Day Helen Greer, Maysville, visited Beverly Mason and helped her celebrate her birthday.
Mr. And Mrs. Mark McDaniel and family were Sunday visitors of Garold and Mildred McDaniel.
Last Saturday Nancy West and Carolyn Meyers, Stewartsville, visited Leroy and Janelle Mikes. This Saturday Muriel Watson visited the Mikes a little while after the McFall reunion.
Friday Marquitta Brown visited J.T. and Loretta Newby.
