Manlee Lamar, 25, Kidder, received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident that happened at about 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 16 on Route D, five miles northeast of Kidder.

According to a report by the Missouri Highway Patrol, Mr. Lamar was westbound on Route D in Daviess County. His 2005 Ford traveled off the right side of the roadway. Mr. Lamar overcorrected. His vehicle struck an embankment and overturned several times, coming to rest upside down off the north side of Route D.
Mr. Lamar was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center. He was wearing his seat belt.
