Economic Developer Richard Mooney was present and reported to the council on the Northwest Missouri Round Table Association meeting he attended on June 19.

The board motioned for Mr. Mooney to pursue his findings. The board voted to join the Northwest Missouri Round Table Association a cost of $200 a year.

The board passed a motion to pay the May bills.

Monthly reports were reviewed.

Proposed budgets and six month financial statements were accepted for the city and the water department.

Maturity notice on account #55655 is up for renewal. The board agreed to renew for three more months.

Vance Brother’s numbers on the price to repair the streets was accepted.

The mayor would like to give an official proclamation to Liem Mooney for the help he provided to Judy Horton and the Pattonsburg First Responders when Mrs. Horton had her accident.

The Tax Rate Hearing was set for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 13.
