The Hefley Little Lady Bulldogs, of Gallatin, coached by Vance Hefley, ended their summer basketball season big, last week with a 20 plus victory win over the Leon, Iowa junior high team.
During the winter season, the girls played out of the YMCA basketball program. The team this summer went on to play a division up, even though team members are 5th and 6th graders, in a junior high league, out of the Bethany ball program. The Lady Bulldogs ended the final two league seasons with an 11 and 3 record.
