On July 19, the Gallatin Police Department arrested Brian A. Eskridge, 22, of Gallatin on a warrant for the felony charge of Statutory Rape-1st Degree, with bond of $50,000.

This warrant was a result of the Gallatin Police Department’s investigation into a statutory rape alleged to have occurred at a residence in Gallatin between June 1, 2005, and August 31, 2006, when Eskridge was 18 years old. The alleged victim was under 14.
He is being held at the Daviess DeKalb County Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
