Cody Youtsey of Troop 167, Winston, has successfully completed all of the requirements for Scouting’s highest advancement award, the rank of Eagle Scout.

His Eagle Court of Honor was on June 28, 2008, at the United Methodist Church in Winston. Cody completed an Eagle Scout project that consisted of installing three flag poles in front of Winston R-6 School that fly the United States, Missouri and school flags. These flags will stand as a constant reminder of his dedication to serving others. Cody appreciates his parents, family members, leaders, fellow scouts and the community for all of their help and support in achieving his Eagle rank.
