The 117th Jameson Picnic, sponsored by the Jameson Lions Club, will be held Aug. 7-8-9 at the Jameson City Park.

Be sure and bring your lawn chairs as lots of great entertainment is lined up. Mustang Amusements will be on hand. There will be plenty of good food — tenderloins, cheeseburgers, homemade pie and ice cold drinks — so plan to eat at the picnic.
Thursday, Aug. 7 — 5:30: registration for talent show; 6: talent show; 8: "The Girlfriends.
Friday, Aug. 8 — 6: The Dance Company (Vera Nelson); 7:30: "Krazy Katz" – Yesterday’s Rock ‘n Roll.
Saturday, Aug. 9 — 9: baby show registration; 9:30: baby show and little Mr./Miss; 11:30: parade (rain or shine)-line up at the high school; 12: dinner; 12:30: Club 180 registration; 1: games; 2: Club 180 race (ATV Horseshoe Drags); 6:30: auction; 8: "Grass Widow".
Baby Show age divisions are as follows: 0-6 months; 7-12 months; 13-18 months; 19-24 months; 25-36 months; Little Mr. and Miss is for three-and-four-year olds.
Bring your old eye glasses and hearing aids to donate to the Lions Club.
