Global automotive scholarship
The Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) Scholarship Committee announced that Katy Black, Gallatin, is a recipient of a 2008 GAAS scholarship. Katy will be attending Park University in Parkville.

Graceland
Graceland University’s 2008 Commencement ceremonies were held recently in Lamoni, Iowa.
Graceland University operates campuses in Lamoni and Independence and degree completion programs at two community college sites in Centerville, Iowa and Trenton.
Graceland is a small, liberal arts university – its sponsor church is the Community of Christ, based in Independence, Missouri. Graceland was founded in 1895. Its campus is located among the rolling hills of southern Iowa, equidistant from Des Moines, Iowa and Kansas City, Rochelle Davitt from Liberty earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Winter 2008. Tracy Clark from Winston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spring 2008.
