Bruce and Marilyn Lowrey, Independence, came Saturday to visit Lavena and Tommie Lowrey.
Saturday noon was a family gathering at the local café. Those enjoying the meal and visiting were Bob and Susie Cochran, Sumter, S.C., Don and Judy Fore, Rhyse Curtis, Dolores Cameron, Frances Lowery, Bruce and Marilyn Lowrey, Tommie Lowrey and Lavena Lowrey.
Betty and Charley Eastwood, Janette and Buddy Pinson, Goodlettsville, Tenn., have been visiting Woodrow and Maxine Morris all week. They came to this area to attend the wedding of Kelly Davenport and Ryan Hurt, Cameron. Other visitors of the Morrises were Ronnie Davenports and Alice Bell. Sometime during the week Betty and Charley went to St. Joseph to visit Paul and Susie Stitt. Betty and Maxine visited Dorlene Munn at Bethany one day.
Kenneth and Evelyn Dilley went Monday evening to Gary and Lorna Dilley’s and children, Gavin and Morgan. They enjoyed a meal out together to celebrate Kenneth and Lorna’s birthdays.
Donna Hibbs’ grandson, Jared Brandt, Kearney, visited her Saturday, and while there he mowed her yard.
Weekend guests of Nancy West were Carolyn Myers and granddaughter Adrian Cary of Stewartsville, Susie Sperry, Jane Howard, Lisa and Lori West, Jason and Holly Tibbles and Joe Sperry.
Mildred Neff and daughter-in-law Mary Hiles, Calico Road, Ark., came Wednesday to visit relatives and friends, including Don and Betty Cameron and family, Brookie Rice and Velma Mae Jones. They left Saturday morning to return home.
Sunday dinner guests of Martha Huff were Tamara Huff and daughter Natalie and Tamara’s mother, Natasha.
Those visiting Leroy and Janelle Mikes were Shana and Durian Day, Kearney, and Sandra Holman, Princeton, on Wednesday. Lee Mikes also visited. Saturday Carolyn Myers, Stewartsville and Nancy West visited.
