The Daviess County Health Department recently hosted a stroke prevention screening in collaboration with Stroke Detection Plus.

The four Screenings offered were Osteoporosis, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, and Carotid Artery Doppler.
Fifty-two people took advantage of the screenings. The screenings were so well received by the community the Daviess County Health Department has scheduled another day for these screenings on June 19, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
