Mrs. Carder told the board that Billy Bob Breeden had gotten the billing process with Windstream straightened out. Windstream had not billed Daviess County Central for a maintenance agreement concerning 9-1-1 equipment since March of 2007. In order to catch up, Windstream planned to bill Daviess County Central for three months of past bills, plus the current month (four months on each bill), while catching up. Since the board didn’t consider this issue an error on the board’s part, Mrs. Carder is to contact Windstream and ask that Daviess County Central only pay one past bill plus the current month (two months on each bill), while catching up.
