Michael and Janellda Weber hosted a graduation reception with open house following Brianna’s graduation from North Daviess Sunday afternoon. Those attending were Jim Cool, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Sarver, Kim Fish, Elmer and Rebecka Jackson and Tiffeny, Richard and Phylis Weber, Kris and Elizabeth Lowrey, Travis Lowrey, Dallas Lowrey, Callie Heckenback, Dana Dube, Elaine Bohannan, Colt Bohannan, Leota Snyder, Bruce and Marilyn Lowrey, David and Betsy Lowrey, Becka Lowrey, Butch and Evelyn Bayne, Jessica Barnett, Tommie Lowrey, Lavena Lowrey, Angela, Jared and Jenna Crowder, Chrissy Eller, Pyper Giles, Garrett Sanders, Andy Giles, Mark and Theresa Parmenter and a cousin, Danny Weber called. Scott Crowder called from Kosovo.
Judy Horton attended the graduation of her granddaughter, Amber Horton, in Lee’s Summit over the weekend.
Recently a graduation celebration was held for Randy Cornett of Gilbert, Ariz., hosted by his mother, Carla Cornett, also of Gilbert, at the home of Judy and Roger Peters, Maysville. Attending was his great-grandmother, Annabelle Reynolds, grandfather Carl (Casey) Cornett, Sanford Reynolds, Larry and Cheryl Cornett and grandsons, Gunner and Nathan, Julia Cornett, all of Pattonsburg, Mr. and Mrs. Terry Cornett, Emily, Sarah and Blake, James Smith of Gallatin, Kim Wilford, Cody and Kayley of Trenton, Mr. and Mrs. Chris McDaniel, Lusinda, Joseph and Mathew of Cameron.
Angela, Jared and Jenna Crowder came Saturday to visit grandmother Lowrey and Tommie. Bruce Lowrey also came Saturday morning and helped with getting some ground ready for planting. They also attended the graduation at North Daviess Sunday, where Brianna Weber was one of the graduates.
Larry Shipers and Mildred Huff went to Granby last weekend to the home of Richard Shipers. The storm that went through that area did lots of damage to his buildings, and others around him. But he and his family had gathered in the storm shelter and weren’t hurt.
Several have been in to see Martha Huff this past week. Those helping her have been Margaret McComas, Betty Greenall, Melissa Thompson and Wyatt, Christa, Grafton, Olivia and Alexia Sweiger, Becka Huff and son Garland, Rick and Gary Huff. She is much improved this week.
Visiting Leroy and Janelle Mikes this week have been Shanda Day, Cameron, and Sandra Holman, Princeton.
Paul and Sally Schweedler, Jeff Schweedler and daughter Courtney and Steven Schweedler attended a graduation party Saturday night at Maysville for Stephanie Fisher.
Thursday afternoon Wilbur Mason and Peg from Huntsville, Ala., visited Beverly Mason.
Don and Betty Cameron attended a graduation reception for Joseph Stonecypher at Bethany Sunday.
