Winners of the Chili Cook Off were Russ Hamilton – 1st , Maxine Franks – 2nd, and Marcella Harris -3rd. Thank you to all who donated desserts, made chili, or came and ate chili. Over $800 was collected that day.
Only a few more days until the mowers will be given away! Support our nutrition program by buying a raffle ticket for our Spring Lawn Care Raffle. There will be two winners. First winner chooses between a Cub Cadet rider or a Snapper walk-behind and Stihl trimmer. Second winner will get the remaining prize.
The drawing will be held May 12 at noon at the center. Tickets are $5 each or 6 for $25. Tickets can be purchased at the center or at Pamida. Call 663-2828 for more information.

Monday: beef and noodles, lima beans, copper penny salad, peach dump cake; Tuesday: ham, black eyed peas, tomatoes, cornbread, cream pie; Wednesday: chicken, potato salad, green bean salad, cookies and fruit; Thursday: catfish, peas and potatoes, lettuce salad, upside down cake; Friday: spaghetti supreme, spinach salad, garlic bread, ice cream sundae.
