A Jamesport man received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at about 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29.
According to a report by the Missouri Highway Patrol, Brian Stark, 38, Jamesport, was northbound on Hwy. 190. He traveled off the east side of the roadway, came back on the roadway, and then traveled off the west side of the roadway. His vehicle then became airborne, vaulted a fence and landed upright off the west side of the roadway.
Mr. Stark was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The 1993 Jeep received minor damage and was towed to Jerry’s Garage in Jamesport.
The accident was investigated by Tpr. T. Goolsby, assisted by Cpl. R. Sherman and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
Summons for C&I driving, no valid operators, and no seat belt.
