The Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission recently awarded a contract to Norris Asphalt Paving Company of Ottumwa, Iowa in the amount of $375,282.98.

The contract is for a resurfacing project on Route H in Harrison County. Route H will receive an asphalt overlay, which will begin west of Route 13 and extend east approximately eight miles to Route 146 near Gilman City.
The initial milling work is scheduled to begin the week of April 28th.
The paving is scheduled to be completed the first week of May (weather permitting.) Route H will be narrowed to one lane around the work zone during this project.
Brief delays may be expected during this project.
Motorists will be directed by a pilot car and flaggers. Motorists are reminded to reduce their speed and use extreme caution when driving through an active work zone.
